Well, the end of March an
d beginning of April are always busy planning and executing birthday parties for 2 little boys! This year, throw in Spring Break, the fact that daddy was leaving to go out of town for a week and mom was a procrastinator.... I was wondering if they would happen at all! They did!
First up was Nate's party. Nate's birthday fell at the end of Spring Break so we did a little family party and then had his other party the following Friday after going b
ack to school for the week. Daddy mounted his "deer skull" as part of his gift from him! Due to a baseball tournament going on, we were pretty low on numbers. But he was so excited about his party and those that were able to come. We missed Matt and Molly but Matt was there in spirit or as "flat Matt"!!! It was a few hours filled with pizza, cookie cake & video games!! Happy 8th Birthday my big boy! 8 years....SERIOUSLY!?!

We celebrated Zac's birthday the following weekend. He wanted to have a PJ party complete with dinner and a movie! We had about 10 kiddos from his class come to the party and they ate pizza, popcorn, cupcakes and watched the movie "Tangled"! I think they all had a really good time and they did pretty good watching the movie... I think everyone got a little wiggly at the end but they did great!

Tim left the following day for a week of meetings in Dallas! Luckily, once again, Grandma and Grandpa O. stepped in to save the day! We always have so much fun when they are here. The boys love the extra attention and it gives me some time to tackle projects around the house!
So thankful that we got to celebrate the birth of 2 pretty special Oosterhous boys!
